Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). Invensense ICS-43432 MEMS microphone with I2S output.

There are no software configuration options for this device, indeed, the only
|
|
host connection is the I2S interface. Apart from requirements on clock
|
|
frequency (460 kHz to 3.379 MHz according to the data sheet) there must be
|
|
64 clock cycles in each stereo output frame; 24 of the 32 available bits
|
|
contain audio data. A hardware pin determines if the device outputs data
|
|
on the left or right channel of the I2S frame.
