Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). * SM5502 MUIC (Micro-USB Interface Controller) device

The Silicon Mitus SM5502 is a MUIC (Micro-USB Interface Controller) device
|
|
which can detect the state of external accessory when external accessory is
|
|
attached or detached and button is pressed or released. It is interfaced to
|
|
the host controller using an I2C interface.
|
|
|
|
Required properties:
|
|
- compatible: Should be "siliconmitus,sm5502-muic"
|
|
- reg: Specifies the I2C slave address of the MUIC block. It should be 0x25
|
|
- interrupt-parent: Specifies the phandle of the interrupt controller to which
|
|
the interrupts from sm5502 are delivered to.
|
|
- interrupts: Interrupt specifiers for detection interrupt sources.
|
|
|
