Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). Documentation for /proc/sys/sunrpc/* kernel version 2.2.10

==============================================================
This file contains the documentation for the sysctl files in
/proc/sys/sunrpc and is valid for Linux kernel version 2.2.
The files in this directory can be used to (re)set the debug
flags of the SUN Remote Procedure Call (RPC) subsystem in
the Linux kernel. This stuff is used for NFS, KNFSD and
maybe a few other things as well.
The files in there are used to control the debugging flags:
rpc_debug, nfs_debug, nfsd_debug and nlm_debug.
These flags are for kernel hackers only. You should read the
source code in net/sunrpc/ for more information.
