Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). Digital TV Audio Device

The Digital TV audio device controls the MPEG2 audio decoder of the Digital
|
||
TV hardware. It can be accessed through ``/dev/dvb/adapter?/audio?``. Data
|
||
types and and ioctl definitions can be accessed by including
|
||
``linux/dvb/audio.h`` in your application.
|
||
|
||
Please note that some Digital TV cards don’t have their own MPEG decoder, which
|
||
results in the omission of the audio and video device.
|
||
|
||
These ioctls were also used by V4L2 to control MPEG decoders implemented
|
||
in V4L2. The use of these ioctls for that purpose has been made obsolete
|
||
and proper V4L2 ioctls or controls have been created to replace that
|
||
functionality.
