Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). File descriptor returned by :c:func:`open() <dvb-fe-open>`.

Sends the specified raw cmd to the dish via DISEqC.

|
|

This is a very obscure legacy command, used only at stv0299
|
|
driver. Should not be used on newer drivers.
|
|
|
|
It provides a non-standard method for selecting Diseqc voltage on the
|
|
frontend, for Dish Network legacy switches.
|
|
|
|
As support for this ioctl were added in 2004, this means that such
|
|
dishes were already legacy in 2004.

|
|

Return Value

On success 0 is returned.
|
|
|
|
On error -1 is returned, and the ``errno`` variable is set
|
|
appropriately.
