Squashed backup commit (no shallow-clone history issues) of xiaomi-mt6833-dev/kernel_xiaomi_mt6833 (lineage-23.2 branch, upstream commit 9eece662e) plus all fixes applied to get everpal_defconfig building clean against a modern (GCC 15.2.0) toolchain -- see the previous commit message on the lineage-23.2 branch (also in this repo history is not available here since this is a squashed snapshot; full incremental history lives in the local DL380 checkout and the upstream GitHub remote). * The exception table consists of pairs of relative offsets: the first
* is the relative offset to an instruction that is allowed to fault,
* and the second is the relative offset at which the program should
* continue. No registers are modified, so it is entirely up to the
* continuation code to figure out what to do.

*
* All the routines below use bits of fixup code that are out of line
* with the main instruction path. This means when everything is well,
* we don't even have to jump over them. Further, they do not intrude
* on our cache or tlb entries.
